LFJUKI-32 is a reel label feeder from BestFeeder for JUKI placement machines. It mounts in the machine’s existing feeder slot, and the placement head takes labels directly from the feeder’s pick position, completing labeling in the same pass as component placement. It follows a narrow-format approach: label width 5–23 mm, label length L2–40 mm, a single lane with one fiber sensor, body 630 × 40 × 170 mm, weight 3.8 kg, and a width of only 40 mm, occupying one feeder slot. It fits the JUKI KE700 / KE2000 / FX / JX / JM series. For lines with small on-board labels, low usage, and a wish to feed labels alongside the placement machine, this feeder brings labeling into the placement program.

Structure and Configuration
The body is a single-lane structure, 40 mm wide, designed to fit one standard feeder slot. The label reel is loaded onto the label mounting sleeve, passes through the winding roller shaft, and is limited by a retaining ring to prevent the reel from swinging side to side; lateral position is set by the label guide width-limiting slider—loosen the set screw inside with a hex wrench, move the guide block to the position matching the reel width, then tighten. The label strip then passes through the pressure plate, whose height is adjusted for label thickness with four set screws, after which the pressure cover presses the strip tight—push the lever down to open the pressure cover, the strip is clamped between the pressure cover and the drive shaft, and releasing the lever clamps it. The empty carrier tape after peeling is taken up by the waste tape recovery sleeve.
On one side of the panel is a touchscreen; operating modes are automatic and manual, and feed position, feed speed, feed delay, and production count are all set on the screen. The production count increments per row fed, and a long press clears it. In the parameter items, the display language can be switched between Chinese and English, and the communication signal for linking with the placement machine can also be set, provided the signal cable is connected.
Application Scenarios
Narrow-format labels are the main fit for LFJUKI-32: reel materials of modest format such as FPC stiffener steel sheets, Mylar tape, dust mesh, and small nameplate labels can all be run. Material size compatibility shows on the same feeder—for different reels within the acceptable size range, simply readjust the guide width-limiting slider to the reel width when changing material. Reel feeding is common in packaging, 3C, FPC, and electronics industries.
It is especially suitable for boards with many varieties, small batches, and frequent line changes: labels switch along with the placement program, with no need to open a separate process for labels or buy a separate labeling machine. Conversely, for large label areas, attachment positions requiring visual alignment, or workpieces that are not PCBs, a labeling machine line is still more suitable.
Installation and Debugging
Before mounting, check the available height and load capacity of the feeder slot; the body is 630 mm long, so the mounting position must leave enough length for this. Power is 24 V with current greater than 2 A; avoid sharing one power plug with high-power equipment. The peeling blade and the receiving platform must not be struck or contaminated. During handling and installation, take care that feeders do not collide with each other or with other objects; impacts can cause subtle damage and affect feeding stability.
When threading the strip, keep the tape angle straight; deviation will show directly at the peeling position. For large labels or labels prone to detaching early, the strip can bypass the spring winding shaft to avoid early peeling caused by an excessive angle; for small labels that are hard to peel, switch the peeling blade to the side with a smaller angle. Adjust the fiber amplifier to this specification: the working set value should be about 200 greater than the sensing value with no material; light on with material, light off without material. The feed position on the screen is adjusted with label size; if the label lifts or too much is fed, the value is too large, and if it does not feed far enough, increase it. When not pursuing the placement cycle time, set feed speed at 30–50, prioritizing stability; where the robot picks slowly and labels feed quickly, add a little feed delay, in units of 0.1 s. After adjustment, feed once manually to confirm peeling and position, then switch to automatic.
FAQ
Q: How wide a label can this feeder run? A: Label width 5–23 mm, length L2–40 mm; different reels within this range can all be run, and when changing material, readjust the guide width-limiting slider and pressure plate height according to the reel width.
Q: The fiber stays lit or stays off? A: First check whether the working set value is about 200 greater than the sensing value with no material; if too low it misjudges material as present, if too high it misjudges material as absent. Then confirm whether the label actually passes the fiber detection point.
Q: Peeling becomes unstable after increasing feed speed? A: After a speed change, the feed position must be fine-tuned accordingly; the two are linked. When not pursuing the placement cycle time, set speed at 30–50 and stabilize feeding first.
Q: Can it link with the placement machine? A: Yes. The screen parameters support setting the communication signal with the placement machine, provided the signal cable is connected; for wiring order and signal requirements, refer to the wiring and communication instructions.
After-Sales and Spare Parts
Before shipment, product parameters are adjusted according to samples provided by the customer; usually it can be used after connecting power on receipt. For unfamiliar operations, online remote guidance can be arranged; when parts need replacement, send the product back for handling. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase; during the warranty period, free repair is provided for faults caused by the product’s own quality issues. Beyond the warranty period, or in cases of disassembly by unauthorized personnel, exposure to solvents, acids, alkalis, or humid environments, or abnormal external impact, free service is not covered; repair service is still available beyond the warranty period, billed by the actual replaced parts and labor hours. Spare parts are per contract agreement, and common wear parts such as peeling blades, pressure plates, sleeves, and fibers can be provided.
To confirm the LFJUKI-32 configuration, only three pieces of information are needed: the JUKI model in operation, the label width and length, and the label layout on the board. Send these three items to Kenny Pan, Sales Manager, mobile/WeChat +86 134 2139 1163, Sales@baxida-tech.com, and we will provide the mounting specifications and supporting list.
