Roll-fed label feeders are used in packaging, 3C, FPC and general electronics assembly. The material list below is what the feeder handles on the same unit, without a change of mechanism.

Two situations worth knowing about
Series or traceability marking. Where each board needs its own identifier, the feeder presents a label carrying that identifier. Whether the data comes from pre-printed rolls or from a printer in the line is a decision about the label supply, not about the feeder: the feeder’s job is to present whatever is on the roll at the pickup point.
Large or multi-column labels. Nameplates, panel stickers and multi-up label rows are the case where label width and column count decide the model. The standard upper-screen body reaches 248 mm label width with up to 14 columns, which covers jobs that narrower feeders cannot present.
Matching an application to a model
