This page collects the product information we publish so you can check it yourself: which product lines exist, what the series-wide specifications are, how to read a model number, which machine groups are covered and how the common questions are answered. Everything here comes from published model data; anything missing is still under confirmation.

How to read a model number
The LF prefix stands for Label Feeder; the letters after it identify the machine group or structure (FUJI, YAMAHA-YS, LFSID and so on), and the trailing number is the label width tier: 60 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 correspond to upper width coverage of roughly 58 / 98 / 148 / 198 / 248 mm. An L/R suffix marks the left- or right-hand exit version. Actual parameters follow each model page.
Coverage by machine group
The table below summarises published coverage by machine group; the figures are the upper limits among the models in that group.

Common questions
Can a label feeder be mounted directly on a placement machine?
Yes, but the model has to match the machine group. Published models are grouped by placement machine type; mounting interface, pickup position and signal wiring are confirmed item by item during selection, and the free space and height in the pickup area must be checked before mounting.
How far does label width coverage go?
Published models span from 2-23 mm narrow labels up to 5-248 mm wide labels. The exact range differs by model; the model page is the reference.
Is multi-column material supported?
Some models run multiple columns, and the model page states the number. For multi-column use please also give the pitch and total width.
How are feeding speed and takt confirmed?
The series runs a 0.1-2 s feeding cycle with feeding speed adjustable from 1 to 100. Actual takt depends on label size, peel condition and pickup method, so an on-site trial is the reference.
How are power and signals wired?
DC 24 V supply, 80 mA average with a 1 A instantaneous peak, with material and feeding signals provided. Wiring follows the definitions shipped with the unit.
What reel sizes are accepted?
Standard reel bore 76.2 mm and outer diameter 200 mm, other sizes on request. Please also state tape width and winding direction.
Can I ask about models whose parameters are not listed?
Yes, contact us and we will check. Models whose parameters are still under confirmation are not included in the online selection tool, so not finding one there does not mean no solution exists.
What this page does not cover
For anything not covered above, ask on the [online Q&A]/kb/ page or send the job details via [Contact]/contact/; if the first question is whether it fits your machine, an [engineering review]/engineering-review/ is the quicker route.
