Which label feeder fits my placement machine?
The model code names the machine brand and the label width class: LFFUJI for FUJI, LFJUKI for JUKI, LFPANA for Panasonic, LFYAMAHA for Yamaha, LFSUMSUNG for Samsung, LFSID for ASM/Siemens D-series and LFSIX for ASM X-series. Send us the placement machine model and the widest label you use, and we will point to the exact model.
What is the widest label these feeders can handle?
It depends on the model. Across the published models the maximum label width runs from 23 mm to 248 mm. Each model page lists its own maximum label width, label length, sensor count and column count.
Which materials can be fed besides paper labels?
Besides paper labels the feeders handle FPC stiffener steel sheets, Mylar tape, foam, thermal pads, dust-proof mesh and high-temperature tape. The applications page lists the stations where these are used.
Can a feeder run without communicating with the placement machine?
Yes. In standalone mode the feeder does not communicate with the machine and feeds automatically. It needs a DC 24 V supply rated at least 2 A.
How do I get prices, lead times and payment terms?
