- Information you submit. When you complete our online quotation form, we receive the name, company name, country or region, email address and telephone number you provide, together with the placement machine model, material type, label size, number of columns, quantity and remarks you specify.
- On-site assistant conversations. The content of your conversation with our on-site AI assistant is stored on our servers so that we can answer your question and improve the service.
- Technical information. To keep the service running and to prevent misuse, our servers record the technical information necessary for access and rate limiting (such as a session identifier, IP address and access time).
- This website does not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts.
3. How we use the information
- To reply to your enquiry, issue quotations and confirm feeder configuration;
- To provide production, logistics and after-sales support related to your orders;
- To keep the website and the assistant service secure and stable, including rate limiting and abuse prevention.
4. Sharing
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- Where it is necessary in order to quote or to manufacture, we provide only the technical data required for a specific process to the partner workshop that performs that process, and we require that workshop to keep it confidential.

5. Retention
Enquiry and business correspondence records are kept for 3 years; assistant conversation records are kept for 12 months. After that period the information is deleted or anonymised.

- It uses only the small amount of browser local storage needed for the site to function (such as language preference and a session identifier for the assistant).
- A search-engine submission script reports the current page URL to search engines. It does not collect visitor personal information.
