A label feeder is keyed to two things: the placement machine it mounts on, and the widest label it has to run. That is why the model code puts the machine group in the prefix and the maximum label width after the dash. The full range is in the label feeder model table; find your machine below.
FUJI NXT — LFFUJI-100 / LFFUJI-32
The FUJI prefix is LFFUJI. Two models are published: LFFUJI-100 for labels up to 100 mm wide and LFFUJI-32 for labels up to 32 mm. Either body takes one feeder slot on the NXT platform and presents the label at the nozzle pickup point, so it is placed in the same pass as the components.
JUKI KE700 / KE2000 / FX / JX / JM — LFJUKI-100 / LFJUKI-32
One JUKI body covers the KE700, KE2000, FX, JX and JM platforms. LFJUKI-100 reaches 100 mm label width, LFJUKI-32 covers 32 mm.
YAMAHA YS and YV — LFYAMAHA-32/60/100 YS, -60/100 YV
The YS and YV platforms do not share a body. On YS the published label widths are 32, 60 and 100 mm (LFYAMAHA-32/60/100 YS); on YV they are 60 and 100 mm (-60/100 YV).
PANASONIC NPM / CM602 / CM402 — LFPANA-100 / -60 / -32
Three widths cover the PANASONIC platforms: LFPANA-100, LFPANA-60 and LFPANA-32, at 100, 60 and 32 mm.
Samsung (Hanwha) SM / SME — LFSUMSUNG-60
One model is published for the SM and SME platforms: LFSUMSUNG-60, up to 60 mm label width.
ASM D series, HS50, HS60 — LFSID-100 / -60 / -32
LFSID-100, LFSID-60 and LFSID-32 cover the ASM D series and the HS50 and HS60 machines, at 100, 60 and 32 mm label width.
ASM X series — LFSIX-60 / LFSIX-32
The X series takes its own body: LFSIX-60 up to 60 mm label width, LFSIX-32 up to 32 mm.
GLOBAL UNI — specifications on request
GLOBAL UNI machines run on a BestFeeder body, but the specification is not published. Send the machine model and we will confirm the body and its dimensions for your platform.
MIRAE — specifications on request
MIRAE is in the same position: the body is built, the specification is not published. Contact us with the machine model and the widest label you run.
Standard upper-screen body — LFSID-60S … 250S, up to 248 mm
The cross-machine body. The published range runs from LFSID-60S to LFSID-250S, and the top of it reaches 248 mm label width, the maximum published in the range.
Custom and special platforms — LFSID-S / LFSID-M / LFS / LFHZXB
When no catalogue body fits the platform, the structure is built to the platform. The variants are LFSID-S, LFSID-M, the LFS series and the LFHZXB series, which includes the retract-stripping body (LFHZXB-60, -100, -150).
How to pick
Two inputs decide the model: the placement machine you run, and the widest label you place. Take the machine group for the prefix, then the first published width that is at least as wide as your widest label — a 60 mm label does not go on a -32 body, and a wider model does not make small labels harder to feed. If your machine is not listed above, that is ordinary work for us.
