Maintenance Precautions

  1. Check whether the nozzle opening is deformed due to impact, and confirm whether there is debris blocking the inside of the nozzle.
  2. Check whether there is dust or debris on the pressing sheet material roller shaft, and clean with a cotton swab or cloth if necessary.
  3. Check whether there are leftover components or other debris on the material platform and fiber optic, and clean if necessary.
  4. Check whether the winding wheel is loose and whether each cylinder operates normally.
  5. Visually inspect the machine and lifting platform for foreign objects; if any foreign objects are present, handle them promptly.
