型番の読み方
型番の LF はラベルフィーダ（Label Feeder）を指し、続く文字は機種グループまたは構造（FUJI、YAMAHA-YS、LFSID など）、末尾の数字はラベル幅の区分です。60 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 はおおむね 58 / 98 / 148 / 198 / 248 mm の幅上限に対応します。L/R 付きは左右の排出方向違いです。実際の仕様は各型番ページをご確認ください。

よくある質問
ラベルフィーダは実装機に直接載せられますか？
可能ですが、型番を機種グループに合わせる必要があります。公開型番は実装機の種類ごとに区分しており、搭載インターフェース、取り出し位置、信号の結線は選定時に項目ごとに確認します。搭載前に取り出しエリアの空きスペースと高さの確認も必要です。
ラベル幅はどこまで対応しますか？
公開型番は 2–23 mm の狭いラベルから 5–248 mm の広いラベルまで対応します。範囲は型番により異なるため、各型番ページの数値を基準としてください。
複列の材料に対応しますか？
複列に対応する型番があり、列数は型番ページに記載しています。複列で使う場合はピッチと全幅もご提示ください。
供給速度とタクトはどう確認しますか？
シリーズの供給サイクルは 0.1–2 s、供給速度は 1–100 で調整できます。実際のタクトはラベル寸法、剥離状態、取り出し方法に左右されるため、現場での試用確認を基準とします。
電源と信号はどう結線しますか？
DC 24 V 電源、平均電流 80 mA、瞬間ピーク 1 A、有料信号と送料信号を備えます。結線は同梱の定義に従います。
リールの条件はありますか？
標準リールは内径 76.2 mm、外径 200 mm で、他寸法は相談可です。テープ幅と巻き方向もあわせてご提示ください。
仕様が公開されていない型番も相談できますか？
はい、お問い合わせください。仕様確認中の型番はオンライン選定ツールに含めていないため、見つからないことが対応案がないことを意味しません。
